2. What data we collect

• your name and work email address;
• the name of your company/organisation, if you provide it;
• the area of interest you select and any comment submitted in the form;
• data contained in business correspondence that you send to us yourself after submitting a request;
• technical data about your use of the website and DEMO — only to the extent permitted by your cookie and consent settings.

3. How we use the data

• to respond to a request about a pilot, demonstration or cooperation;
• to organise and support a pilot;
• with separate voluntary consent — to send ALGA news, materials and offers;
• with the relevant consent — to analyse use of the website and DEMO in order to improve the product.

4. Tally form

The pilot request form is provided through Tally. Form data are processed in accordance with the form settings and Tally’s terms. We do not ask you to upload work files at the first step of the form.

5. Retention period

We plan to retain requests and contact details for up to 12 months after receiving the request or the most recent substantive contact, unless longer retention is required for ongoing work, fulfilment of agreements or compliance with the law.

6. Marketing communications

Marketing emails are sent only with separate voluntary consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

7. Analytics and cookies

Optional analytics, session replay and marketing tracking are enabled only after the user makes the relevant choice, where this is required. For more information, see the Cookie & Analytics Policy.

8. Who we may share data with

• Tally — to operate the form;
• hosting and technical infrastructure providers — to the extent necessary;
• an approved analytics provider — only after it has been connected and subject to the applicable consent settings.

9. Your rights

10. Changes

This Policy may be updated if the form, providers, analytics, the project’s legal status or the ways in which data are processed change. The page will show the date of the current version.
